THE OUTDOOR CEREMONY
SPACE IN THE TREES
Nestled beneath a canopy of towering evergreens, the Woodland Meadows ceremony space offers a naturally romantic setting for up to 250 guests. A wide center aisle leads to the raised ceremony platform, surrounded by lush ferns, mature trees, and warm string lights overhead.
The forest creates a beautiful backdrop all on its own, while still leaving plenty of room to personalize the space with florals, draping, and meaningful details. And because Pacific Northwest weather can be unpredictable, a rain fly option is available to help keep your ceremony comfortable while still enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.
THE COVERED GARDEN
OUTDOOR RECEPTION SPACE
Celebrate beneath the trees in Woodland Meadows’ 20' x 50' covered reception space, designed to bring the beauty of the outdoors into every part of your celebration. Warm wood beams, chandeliers, and open views of the surrounding evergreens create a welcoming setting for dinner, dancing, and gathering with the people you love most.
The primary structure can accommodate up to 250 guests, with additional room flowing naturally into the adjoining garden spaces. Nearby amenities, including the bar area, fire pit, and connected covered structures, make it easy for guests to move throughout the evening while still feeling part of one cohesive celebration.
THE PREP SUITES
SUITE ONE: Tucked beneath the trees, the Bridal Cottage offers a peaceful and private space to get ready before the celebration begins. With comfortable lounge seating, plenty of mirrors and counter space, soft natural light, and charming woodland surroundings, it’s an inviting place for the wedding party to relax, get ready, and enjoy those quiet moments before walking down the aisle.
SUITE TWO: The Groom Suite features motocross-inspired décor, trophy displays, plenty of seating, and a pool table. It has a fun, personal feel with plenty of room for the wedding party to hang out, get dressed, and enjoy some time together before the celebration begins!
ENTRANCE & FRONT GARDEN
Guests are welcomed into Woodland Meadow Farms through a charming tree-lined entrance that opens into the front garden and surrounding venue grounds. The landscaped lawn, mature trees, and rustic details create a warm first impression, while on-site parking is available to comfortably accommodate weddings of up to 250 guests, along with vendor vehicles and event staff. The Walnut Tree features a classic wooden swing, creating a sweet photo spot beneath the canopy, while the nearby wishing well adds another storybook touch to the landscape. Together, they give the garden a relaxed, whimsical feel and create memorable little moments for portraits, quiet pauses, and exploring the grounds.
THE WOODS & MEADOWS
The woods and meadows at Woodland Meadow Farms offer some of the venue’s most naturally beautiful backdrops. Wander past the pond and pond bridge, stop beneath the Wedding Bell Arbor, or step into the pine forest for quiet, tucked-away portraits.
Beyond the trees, the meadow opens toward surrounding golden-hour fields where horses can sometimes be seen grazing, with seasonal flowers blooming across the road. It’s a perfect PNW mix of woodland, water, open space, and changing seasonal scenery all in one setting!
