HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WOODLAND MEADOWS ACCOMMODATE?
We can comfortably host up to 250 guests for your celebration, with plenty of space for dining, dancing, and mingling in outdoor or covered areas!
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR?
Easy! Book a private tour year-round by visiting our website and filling out the contact form!
DO YOU OFFER A COVERED CEREMONY OPTION?
Yes! Summer weather in Washington can be unpredictable. While the sun is usually shining, we have a rain fly for the ceremony space on the days it doesn't!
CAN WE HAVE A REHEARSAL?
Yes! A one-hour rehearsal is included and scheduled the week of your wedding, typically on Thursday.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN VENDORS?
Yes! We welcome your favorite licensed vendors and also have a list of trusted professionals who know our space well.
WHEN IS YOUR VENUE AVAILABLE?
We are a summer-only venue. We are open from the end of May until the beginning of October.
ARE THERE TWO GETTING-READY SPACES?
Yes! You’ll have access to both our Bridal Cottage and the groom's Quarters, so your whole crew can relax and get ready on-site.
WHAT’S THE PARKING SITUATION?
We have ample on-site parking for guests and vendors. ADA accessible parking is also available!
IS YOUR VENUE PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! We love it when your furry family members are part of the celebration. Dogs are welcome here—just be sure to have a designated pet handler for the day.
HOW DO I APPLY TO BE ON YOUR VENDOR LIST?
We generally want to work with vendors at least twice, if not three times, before adding them to our list. Contact us if you think you are eligible!
